My flight was canceled due to a weather conditions in New York. I was able to fly following day
While I was still in NY, company rep called me and changes reservation extending for 1 more day, keeping the same price and conditions. Car was in great condition. I had no problem returning it.

Location d'un Dacia Duster 4x4 pour 5 jours en hiver.
Véhicule parfaitement adapté à toutes les conditions de route avec les pneus cloutés !
Véhicule récent et donné propre. Formalités faciles et personnel souriant et à l'écoute (anglophonie obligatoire...).
Seul bémol : il faut comprendre dans l'aéroport qu'il faut prendre un bus-navette pour se rendre à l'agence (ou y aller à pied, ça n'est pas si loin, mais ça n'est pas indiqué non plus...).
A recommander !!!!

Efficient and Excellent Car Rental Experience...
This is the first time that me and my friend visited Iceland. At the beginning we were quite worrying about the traffic conditions due to unstable weather. When we expressed our worries to the guy who walked us through the car rental procedure, he confidently ensured us simply by pointing out 1) just drive slowly; and 2) the car you choose is excellent, no worries! And what he said was true. Our 6-day trip was safe and fun! When we returned the car at 5am, the guy efficiently checked the car and let us know how and where we should wait for shuttle bus to the airport, which was nice and sweet. Of course the rental fee and reasonable, I would recommend Reykyavik Rent A Car to people plan to visit Iceland.

Great car for 5 average sized adults with lugage...
Happy with the Land Rover Discovery to explore some parts of Iceland. The size of the car and the standard features (CC for example) were just perfect for us. Some improvements from customer experience point of view. When I arrived at the rental company (which was not easy to find in the first place) the hosts even didn't take time to say hi or so. Just waiting and waiting and finally some-one was ready to talk to me. Just sitting at his chair behind the counter. Maybe provide some direction for people arriving on the airport for where to go to pickup the car. Also some staff/host communication training might help. The staff is not unfriendly though, I also had a nice chat with one of them. It's more the first impression. Hope the feedback helps.
I would recommend Reykjavik Rent a Car to others. Price/Value was good.
